Placing an order

For an accurate quotation customer must submit clear requests. It is necessary to specify the following while ordering:

• Reference code for each of the items you wish to order.
• Quantity per product
• Chosen colors
• Number of sides to be printed on (Front / Back…)
• Number of colors to be used (One, Two, Three or Four colors)
  

Submitting an image

For optimal results, it is important to submit your image files according to minimal quality criteria. The submitted files must be in one of the formats listed below. The printing quality would highly depend on the quality of your art work.

• JPEG in high definition 300 DPI or higher
• PDF in high definition 300 DPI or higher
• EPS with full text & image outline (Vectorized)
• AI (Adobe Illustrator) with full text & image outline (Vectorized)

From Ordering to delivery

Once your order is confirmed, you may send us your art work to be printed .

We shall return a confirmation image for each item of your order within 48h, along with your invoice. 

Upon confirmation we shall send you within 5 to 7 days a picture confirmation of the actual products you wish to order.

We launch the production. The timing may vary according to the quantities as well as the stock availability of the products.  In most cases we average 7 to 14 days.

Shipping is done via DHL or FedEx (3 to 4 days) depending on the geographical availability of the carrier. We can also arrange shipments via air and sea cargo which could be more cost effective depending on the quantity of a shipment and the order urgency.
